Can you transfer WhatsApp from iPhone to Android (or vice versa)?

Yes — this is one of our most requested services. Cross-platform WhatsApp transfer is tricky to do yourself, but we have professional tools that handle it reliably, including full chat history and media.

How long does a phone transfer take?

Most transfers take 30–60 minutes depending on the amount of data. Large photo/video libraries may take a bit longer. You're welcome to wait in-store or grab a coffee nearby.

Can you transfer data from a broken phone?

In many cases, yes — as long as the phone can power on and the storage is accessible. If the screen is cracked but the phone works, we can usually extract everything. For more severely damaged phones, see our Data Recovery service.

Will my apps transfer with their data?

Apps themselves will be re-downloaded on the new phone. App data (game saves, settings, chat history) transfers in most cases for same-platform transfers (iPhone to iPhone, Android to Android). Cross-platform app data transfer is more limited due to OS differences.

Do I need to bring anything besides my phones?

Just bring both your old and new phone, plus any charging cables if possible. Make sure you know your Apple ID / Google account password, as you may need to sign in on the new device. If you've recently purchased the new phone from us, we can handle the setup at the same time.

Is my data safe during the transfer?

Absolutely. Data is transferred directly between your two devices. We don't store, copy, or access your personal data. Any temporary files created during the process are securely deleted afterwards.
