We want you to be completely satisfied. Please review our refund and returns policy below.

1 Repair Services

All repairs carried out by AA Mobile Phones come with a warranty as outlined in our Warranty Terms & Conditions. Due to the nature of repair services, refunds are generally not available once a repair has been completed.

If you are not satisfied with a repair, please contact us within 7 days. If the fault is related to our workmanship, we will re-repair the device at no additional cost under our warranty policy.

Note: Diagnostic fees are non-refundable once testing has been performed.

2 Products (SIM Cards & Accessories)

For products purchased from our store:

  • Return Window: Returns are accepted within 14 days of purchase.
  • Condition: Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.
  • Proof of Purchase: A valid receipt or proof of purchase is required for all returns.
  • Activated SIM Cards: Once a SIM card has been activated, it cannot be returned or refunded.
  • Sale Items: Items purchased on sale or clearance are final sale and cannot be returned.

3 How to Request a Refund

  • Contact Us: Reach out via phone, email, or visit our store to initiate a return or refund request.
  • Return the Item: Bring the product to our store in its original condition with proof of purchase.
  • Inspection: We will inspect the item to confirm it meets our return conditions.
  • Approval: Once approved, your refund will be processed to the original payment method.

4 Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or card provider.

If you have not received your refund within this timeframe, please:

  • Check your bank account or card statement again.
  • Contact your bank or credit card provider, as processing times may vary.
  • If you still need assistance, contact us directly.

5 Exchanges

We replace items only if they are defective or damaged on arrival. If you receive a faulty product, please contact us within 7 days of purchase and bring the item to our store for assessment.

6 Australian Consumer Law

Nothing in this policy is intended to limit your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure, and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.
