Warranty Terms & Conditions
1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS
The following Terms and Conditions apply to all business relations between AA Mobile Phones and the customer. By engaging our services, you as the customer agree that you have thoroughly read and accepted the following Terms and Conditions. This agreement is valid at the time the contract is entered into.
Subject to change, AA Mobile Phones reserves the right to make reasonable technical and/or other changes at any given time.
2. WARRANTY COVERAGE & PERIODS
AA Mobile Phones Warranty applies to parts and/or services paid for and serviced by AA Mobile Phones. Warranty Claims are for Manufacturer Faults only and are subject to approval by our Customer Service Team.
Warranty Periods:

12 Months Warranty:
- iPhone/Samsung/Pixel Screens (Incell, OLED, Premium Quality)
- Charging port / Flex cables
- Camera / Lens
- Speakers / Microphones
- Buttons (Home, Volume, Power)
- Housing / Back Glass

6 Months Warranty:
- All Batteries (iPhones, Samsungs, Pixels, iPads, MacBooks, etc.)
- MacBook Screens

3 Months Warranty:
- Motherboard repairs (Logic Board)
Important Note: Physical damage (cracks, dents) and water damage automatically VOID all warranty.
3. WARRANTY CLAIM PROCESS
To ensure a smooth warranty process, please follow the standard procedure below. AA Mobile Phones requires up to 10 days to process a warranty request.
- Preparation: Please remove all accessories, including phone cases, SIM cards, and SD cards.
- Return for Inspection: The device must be returned to our store. We will then send the faulty part/device to our supplier or technician for testing.

Validation: The supplier will verify if the issue is a genuine Manufacturer Fault.
- If the part shows signs of physical damage (cracks, scratches) or water damage, the warranty is rejected.
- Resolution: Once the warranty claim is approved, we will proceed to replace the faulty part for the customer free of charge.
4. WATER DAMAGE & REPAIR RISKS
NO WARRANTY ON WATER DAMAGED DEVICES
- Prior Water Damage: If a device has been water damaged prior to our repair, we provide NO WARRANTY on any repairs or parts installed. Water damage is progressive and can cause unpredictable failures later.
- Water Resistance: Please note that device water resistance ratings (IP Ratings) cannot be guaranteed after any repair. We strongly advise against exposing the device to water after repair.
- Risk of Repair: For devices with severe damage (e.g., Motherboard issues or heavy drops), there is a small risk the device may not power on at all after attempted repair or diagnostics. The customer accepts this risk.
5. BIOMETRICS & CONSUMER DISCLOSURE (TOUCH ID / FACE ID)
- Touch ID (Fingerprint): On certain Apple devices (e.g., iPhone 7, 8, SE, iPad 6/7/8/9), the Home Button is paired to the motherboard. If the Home Button is replaced, the Touch ID fingerprint function will be permanently lost, and only the click function will work.
- Face ID: Repairs involving the front camera or proximity sensors may impact Face ID functionality if components are replaced.
6. NOT COVERED UNDER WARRANTY (EXCLUSIONS)
The following situations are NOT covered by our warranty, and any existing warranty will be considered null and void:
- Third-Party Repairs: If a device repaired by us is subsequently opened or repaired by another agent.

Physical Damage: Frames which are bent, twisted, or cracked.
- Note regarding iPads: iPads with bent frames often cause the new screen to lift. Warranty claims for screen lifting will be rejected if the frame is bent.
- Liquid Damage: Any liquid damage found inside the device, whether it occurred before or after our repair.

Software & Data:
- Data Loss: We are not responsible for any loss of data. Customers are strongly advised to back up all data prior to repair.
- Locked Devices: If a software update locks the device (e.g., iCloud/Google Lock), warranty is void.
- Consumables: Screen protectors are consumable items and are not covered once applied/used.
- BYO Parts: Repairs conducted with parts supplied by the customer are not covered by our warranty. Labour fees apply.
7. UNCLAIMED DEVICES POLICY
Collection Period: We will notify you when your device is ready for collection. Storage & Disposal: Devices not collected within 60 days of notification may be disposed of to recover repair costs, in accordance with the Disposal of Uncollected Goods Act. AA Mobile Phones is not responsible for any device or data after this period.
8. PRIVACY POLICY
During the repair process, AA Mobile Phones may require access to the Customer’s device and personal information to complete the repair and testing. AA Mobile Phones may divulge the Customer’s personal information only if required by law enforcement authorities. All rights reserved by AA Mobile Phones.
